If you'd like to start increasing your level while cooking food, then it is possible to do so however it's much slower than the quests mentioned above. From 1-20 levels we cook Sardines which you must make about 120 of them (without burning) to get to the level 20. They're a more suitable alternatives to Shrimps. To start off just fill your inventory with Sardines. click on your fish and place it on the stove and cook time will be automatically started for each fish that is to be cooked.

In this level gap the most delicious fish to cook is one of the Trout. You can catch them by the fly-fishing in Barbarian Village near Varrock or close to Lumbridge Castle. If you're a beginner player and don't have money, you can go there with an axe and a open tinderbox.

Near the fishing area, players will drop uncooked Trout in the process of speedleveling Fishing. You can pick it up in the area, ignite the fire and cook them on the spot. If you have some cash it's better to buy the Trouts by Grand Exchange and cook Trout at Rogue's Den or Hosidius House. There will be around 130 Trouts that have been cooked properly to reach level 30.

Similar to Trouts similar to Trouts, you can acquire these easily at Barbarian Village for free at the point where they're dropped from other gamers. In order to cook them to 50, it will be around 1000 cooked salmons and could take several hours.

It's the very first one is no longer burning when you reach level 59 using Cooking Gauntlets and at Cooking Range you can't fail to make this one. From this point on in the training guide for skills, if you follow subsequent steps of leveling, you will not be burning any more food.
